The top is made of sintered stone. Sintered stone is an ultra-strong, low-maintenance surface made by sintering natural minerals under extreme heat and pressure, ideal for kitchens and hospitality interiors. Sintered stone is a high-quality, industrially manufactured material consisting of natural raw materials such as clay, quartz, feldspar, and minerals. These are compressed under extreme heat (approx. 1,200–1,400°C) and very high pressure until they form a single solid, hard material. The result is a super-strong, compact surface that is scratch, heat and stain resistant, resembling natural stone but more consistent and durable. Perfect for combining with other furniture from the Brent collection. The Brent elements are a modern eye-catcher on any terrace or under a canopy. These elements offer practical storage space for outdoors under a canopy and indoors. (The Brent is supplied without a tap.) The shelves are made of Polywood, a type of synthetic wood that is extremely durable and maintenance-free, and has become indispensable in the outdoor furniture industry.
