Can I customise every chair according to my preferences?

Almost all indoor hospitality chairs in our range are fully customisable. Consider different fabric types for the seat and/or backrest, the wood colour of the frame, or the caps on the underside of the chair legs. For all customisable chairs, you will find a symbol with a colour palette on the website. If this is not present, it is a stock model that can only be ordered in the colour and material shown in the photo.

What is the ideal seat height for a hospitality chair?

Most chairs in our collection have a seat height between 45 and 50 centimetres. For most people, this is the ideal height for sitting with their feet flat on the floor and their knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Of course, it is also important that there is sufficient (but not too much) space between the seat and the table height. Ideally, this distance should be between 25 and 30 centimetres. Don't forget to take any armrests into account. You can find the height of the armrests in the product descriptions for each chair on our website.

Will my chair be delivered assembled?

Not all hospitality chairs are delivered assembled, mainly to save space and thus transport costs. You can find out whether a particular model is assembled or not in the product details for each item on our website.

Can I put together my own hospitality table?

In addition to a collection of tables, we also have a large selection of individual table tops and bases, both for indoor and outdoor use. From large to small, from round to square: the possibilities are endless! Ask one of our staff members which combination would best suit your restaurant, café, hotel, or terrace.

What can I do if my table is unstable?

Even though we would like it to be, not every surface is flat. Aids such as coasters or napkins can help, but of course they don't look very nice. That's why Kaja offers Flat Equalizers, table leg caps that adapt to your table and surface. Comfortable for you and your guests!

What can I do to best care for my teak table top?

Teak is a natural product that can basically be left outdoors all year round, but that doesn't mean it doesn't need any care. Without proper care, cracks can develop in the material over time. It is best to oil the boards once a year (preferably before winter) with a special oil. Kaja offers these oils in brown and grey.
