Stable cast iron frame with auto-level system

The table base is made from solid cast iron. This material is heavy, which is exactly what you want for a bar table. Even when a guest leans against the table or places a full serving tray on it, the base remains stable. The 45 × 45 cm base plate provides a wide, low foundation that distributes the weight effectively. The auto-level system in the foot offers an additional benefit: the base automatically adjusts to the surface. Wobbly tables are a thing of the past, even on terraces with uneven tiles or old floors in cafés. You will never have to slide a beer mat under a table leg again.

At 107 cm high, this base is designed for bar tables. Guests can comfortably stand around it or sit at the right height when paired with bar stools. The integrated footrest makes all the difference during extended use. Standing guests can rest one foot on the support, helping them stand more comfortably. Guests sitting on bar stools can rest their feet, allowing them to remain comfortable for longer. And the longer your guests feel comfortable at the table, the more they are likely to order.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use

You can use the Ann bar table base both indoors and outdoors. The cast iron features a black coating that protects the metal against moisture and everyday wear. This makes the base suitable for your terrace, outdoor smoking area or seating areas next to a sports field. Want to keep the finish looking good for longer? Rinse the base with clean water after prolonged wet weather and dry it afterwards. During winter, preferably move the tables indoors or place them under a covered area. This helps maintain the deep black finish and prevents dirt and limescale from building up. Clean the base with a damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent. Avoid harsh or abrasive products, as these can damage the finish. Thanks to the smooth design of the frame, little dirt accumulates, making cleaning quick and easy.

Which table top fits the Ann bar table base?

The base features a mounting plate on top, allowing you to attach a table top measuring up to 80 × 80 cm or Ø 80 cm. The base is 45 cm wide, leaving sufficient overhang on all sides and providing guests with plenty of legroom. The best table top material depends on your location. For outdoor use, choose a colourfast and water-resistant table top, such as compact laminate (HPL) or a top with a weather-resistant coating. These materials do not fade in the sun, resist stains and can withstand scratches and common cleaning products. Indoors, you have more freedom of choice. A solid wood table top adds warmth to your interior, while a laminate table top offers excellent resistance to the heat from hot plates and coffee cups.
