A historic building in Tübingen is home to Restaurant 1821. The building, owned by the Tübingen Museum Association, has a rich history full of stories that every Tübinger knows. It is the setting for this unique restaurant, Restaurant 1821. It was KAJA’s challenge to reflect this rich history in the interior. A successful combination of timeless chic with traditional, cultural Tübingen.

Pompous, generous and traditional. But also chic, timeless and refined. This style has also extended to the 1821 terrace. A place where guests can enjoy a snack and a drink surrounded by history and culture in spring and summer. The furniture chosen to furnish this terrace are Terrace Chair Rhea and Terrace Chair Jonah with arm in natural.
