The trade fair season is upon us again, which means we are preparing for a series of national and international trade fairs. Trade fairs are the place where inspiration, innovation and new encounters come together. This year, we will once again be attending various leading trade fairs at home and abroad, together with our partners HANOS Internationale Horeca Groothandel, Van Gestel Grootkeukentechniek and HIGOLD Europe. From noteworthy hospitality trade fairs where trends and taste experiences take centre stage, to the international outdoor trade fair Spoga + Gafa in Cologne, where outdoor living and design are elevated to the highest level. In this trade fair calendar, we provide an overview of all the trade fairs where you can find us. Mark the dates in your calendar, because you won’t want to miss this!

BBB Maastricht at the MECC Maastricht
Starting today, Kaja and her partner HANOS Nederland will be present at BBB Maastricht, the leading hospitality trade fair taking place at the MECC Maastricht. For seventy years, BBB has been the meeting place for hospitality entrepreneurs, wholesalers, suppliers and service providers who want to make a difference in the industry. With participants from all over the Netherlands and Belgium, this anniversary edition is an absolute must-visit for any professional looking for inspiration, wanting to experience new concepts or discover the latest trends in the hospitality world. Visit us at stand number FC032. The BBB runs until Wednesday 8 October.
From Maastricht, we cross the border into Belgium for the Horeca Expo Ghent.
Horeca Expo Ghent at Flanders Expo Ghent
During this trade fair, Kaja and HANOS will present the latest innovations and trends. The Horeca Expo Gent is the annual meeting place for the broad hospitality sector. This leading trade fair brings together all segments of the hospitality industry, commercial kitchens and food shops under one roof, creating a unique platform for inspiration and discovering the latest innovations. With more than 600 exhibitors, this is the place where professionals from the industry meet, exchange ideas and shape the future of hospitality together. This trade fair will take place from 16 to 19 November at the Flanders Expo Ghent.
This year, we will also be present in our own capital city during Horecava Amsterdam.
Horecava Amsterdam at the RAI Amsterdam
From 12 to 15 January 2026, Kaja, together with partners HANOS and Van Gestel Grootkeukentechniek, will be exhibiting at the Horecava in the RAI Amsterdam, the starting point of the trade fair season for hospitality professionals. With more than 60,000 hospitality professionals gathering here, this is the place to discover new products and concepts and get plenty of inspiration. Visit our stand and be surprised by the latest collections in hospitality furniture, while enjoying a snack, a drink and live cooking that complete the atmosphere. From Amsterdam, we continue towards Hardenberg…
Hospitality Trade Fair a.k.a. Horeca Vakbeurs at the Evenementenhal Hardenberg
From 2 to 4 February 2026, Kaja, together with its partner HANOS, will be present at the third edition of the Horeca Vakbeurs (Hospitality Trade Fair) in the Evenementenhal Hardenberg. This trade fair is known as the meeting place for hospitality professionals and companies looking for inspiration and stimulation from the latest innovations in the sector. After a successful second edition with almost 5,000 enthusiastic visitors and more than 150 exhibitors, this edition also promises to be a vibrant event full of trends, new concepts and valuable networking opportunities. It is the perfect opportunity to renew your hospitality business and be inspired by everything the industry has to offer. Visit us at stand number 460.

From 7 to 11 February 2026, Kaja will be exhibiting at Intergastra in Messe Stuttgart, the innovative trade fair for the catering and hotel sector. As one of Europe’s leading catering trade fairs, Intergastra offers visitors and exhibitors a wealth of inspiration, with creativity and innovation at its heart. At our stand, we will be presenting the latest collections in both indoor and outdoor hospitality furniture, allowing industry professionals to discover ideas and solutions that will take their hospitality business to the next level. From Stuttgart, we continue on to Hamburg…
Internorga at Hamburg Messe & Congress
At Internorga, food service and hospitality professionals from around the world meet at the annual platform for inspiration, trends, and innovations. National and international exhibitors present their latest collections, while visitors have the opportunity to let their creativity run wild and gather ideas that can be directly applied in their own businesses. Kaja will be there with its latest indoor and outdoor hospitality furniture collections, ready to inspire and surprise visitors. The fair will take place from 13 to 17 March 2026 at the Hamburg Messe & Congress.

Spoga + Gafa at the Cologne Exhibition Centre in Cologne
For the last trade fair of the season, we are heading to Cologne for Spoga + Gafa at the Koelnmesse. This trade fair is the international trade fair for everything related to outdoor living. From the latest innovations to the most striking trends in outdoor furniture. With HIGOLD, we will be presenting the latest collections in outdoor furniture during this 3-day trade fair. So don’t miss it if you want to give your hospitality terrace or outdoor living space a luxurious upgrade. From 22 to 24 June 2026, you can find the HIGOLD stand in Hall 10.2, stand number M027 O028.
Garden Preview at the Evenementenhal in Gorinchem
The exact date of this fair is not yet known, but after a successful first edition in 2025, this fair should certainly not be missing from this overview. The Garden Preview is the Benelux’s premier outdoor living trade fair. It showcases the latest trends and developments in outdoor living. HIGOLD will also be represented here; we will let you know the exact location of our stand as soon as possible.
